·      HEAVY DUTY BOWL AND BASE is of all welded steel construction reinforced by gusset plates. The bowl is stress relieved then shot-peened for maximum durability and lined with urethane.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

 

AUTOMATIC PREMIXING COMPOUND SYSTEM designed to mix compound and water into vibratory mass on a continuous basis, to keep parts and media clean during processing. Complete with pump, mixing head, valves, spray headers, drain hoses and 15 gallon drum.

 


AUTOMATIC GREASE SYSTEM for lubrication of the vibrator bearings. Consists of a reservoir, air operated pump, injectors and electrical controls. Pump is solenoid activated to provide lubrication only when machine is in operation.


 

AUTOMATIC GREASE SYSTEM WITH GLC 4400 CONTROLLER: Consists of 6 lb. grease reservoir, air operated pump, series progressive lubricant divider valves, and electrical controls.

GLC CONTROLLER capable of initiating lubrication cycles based on machine on-time, and monitoring capabilities allowing fault feedback in the event of lack of flow through the divider valve.

Potential causes:

·      Pump failure due to high or low pressure

·      Blockage in the lube delivery lines

·      Low lubricant level

 

 

REVERSE SEPARATION screen specially designed for the media to be larger than the parts being finished. In this case parts would fall through the screen and hit a shed sheet to be discharged from the machine, while media would go back to the process channel.

PLC CONTROL PANEL UP-GRADE:  a ruggedized microcomputer with hardware and software specifically designed to perform industrial control operations.  If you can imagine it, our systems can do it.  Recipe setups for multiple types of parts can be preprogrammed and added to a simple drop down menu on one of our touch screen panels.  Alerts can be set up if more chemical is needed or compound needs to be replaced.  Mechanical warnings like bearing or motor temperatures can be added to monitor for potential breakdowns.  Troubleshooting and even programming can be done via web, direct from our technical support team.
