deburring, flash removal, burnishing and pre-plate finishing.
High density - Media that has been designed for superior
cut and stock removal on both ferrous and non-ferrous
metals. In most instances, these high density medias will
reduce cycle times and provide vastly improved finishes in
applications ranging from deburring of hard metals to fine
finished on intricate parts.

DPLD-10 68 Blue
Very mild cutting action producing a low-micro-inch pre-plate finish. Can be used for surface preparation of parts
which require buffing, burnishing or plating. Provides a smooth, clean and reflective finish.
DPLD-20 75 Green
A media which gives a medium cut while producing a low micro-inch finish. Use for surface preparation on parts
requiring plating, buffing or burnishing. Will usually eliminate a two (2) step process.
DPLD-30 75 Maroon
A faster cutting media which provides a very bright low micro-inch finish. Eliminates two-step operations where
surface removal, buffing or plating of parts is required.
DPLD-40 68 Green
A fast cutting media which provides a smooth matte finish. Removes burrs, flash, die marks and blends parting
lines easily. A general purpose media for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

A mild butting media which produces a very bright pre-plate finish. Use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals which
require plating or where burnishing is necessary.

A media which provides a more aggressive cut while producing a bright, smooth, low micro-inch finish. Use to
provide a pre-plate finish on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
DPHD-130 88 Light Blue
A fast-cutting media which provides a low matte finish. Use for deburring and surface metal removal on ferrous
and non-ferrous metals. Reduces cycle times and gives a pre-plate finish.
DPHD-140 90 Light Gray
An extremely fast cutting media which provides a smooth matte finish. Use when removing surface imperfections
or for forming a radius on parts. Blends sharp edges and parting lines.

DPHP-230FC 77 Brown
Aggressively fast cut for increased production while reducing cycle time. Ideal for removing machine lines and
forming radius on hard metals.
DPHP-250FC 78 Dark Blue
Most aggressive cutting media. Deburring and surface removal on all ferrous metals. Suited for applications where
parts are to be welded or braised.
DPHP-310MC 60 Black
Non-aggressive media, very minimal cut. Produces a matte finish with virtually no stock removal. Ideal for use in
chemical accelerant's and as a driver for loose abrasives.
DPHP-320MC 60 Dark Brown
A mild cutting media which produces a very low micro-inch finish. Use on ferrous metals requiring extremely low
micro-inch finishes where plating is not required.
DPHP-350MC 60 Gray
Mild cutting action which produces an extremely low micro-inch finish. Use primarily on ferrous metals which
require an extremely fine finish and will be plated, welded or braised.
