Product quality is evaluated at all 4 stages of the manufacturing process:
2. Mixing
3. Extrusion and Forming
4. Drying and firing of course all products receive an additional final performance test.
Tighter Tolerances
To offer you closer tolerances, we have cut our allowed diameter variation in half on products 1/2" or smaller.
Reduced Effluence
Because of lower media wear, you will reduce the amount of effluence you generate. Lower Unit Cost Reduce
your cycle time and media consumption by using our fast-cut compositions.
