Rinse and Dryer Belt Cleaning System with  Heat
     

SOLUTION TANKS Fabricated from #11 gauge 302/304 stainless steel.

Tank volume  250 gallons.
Lift-off covers on the tank tops for access.
An overflow and/or skimming dam at solution level.
Rinse and Dryer are insulated with 2 inches of fiber bat
Magnetic float switch connected to solution level control.
2" black pipe drain line with shut-off valve.
Stainless Steel Piping and Filter:  The pump discharge can be supplied with 304 stainless steel schedule 40
welded piping and a stainless steel fill canister with bag filters
Rinse heat 18 KW immersion, with low water shut-off

UPPER HOUSING is fabricated from #11 302/304 stainless steel.

MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM:

The conveyor will have a vari-speed of 1-10 FPM and be constructed of stainless steel 1 x 1 flat wire belt, 24
inches wide.  A   friction type torque limiter will protect the conveyor should jamming occur.  The belt will be
supported by a steel frame and sliders.

PUMP:

Vertical centrifugal type cast iron pump rated at 84 GPM @ 92' HD.  (40 PSI) with 3 HP motor.
Pump discharge line will be equipped with a bag type filter housing plumbed in-line with the pump.
Piping will be schedule 40 302/304 stainless steel, pump discharge piping will be socket type schedule 80 PVC.  
Unions installed for easy maintenance.

PROCESS SPRAYS:

PVC spray nozzles will be adjustable ball joint type with a flat-vee spray pattern, rated at 3 GPM.  Strategically
located and sized for the best coverage and droplet size.

PROCESS HEATING:

Heat source for the blow off stage will be an 440 V, 3 PH, 60 HZ, 36 KW electric heater with thermostat
control, high temperature cut-out switch and an on/off lighted selector switch mounted in the door of the main
control panel.
2 " fiber bat insulation top and sides of dryer.

AIR HANDLING:

The heated air in the dry-off stage will be re-circulated by  an industrial centrifugal type fan rated at 5500 CFM
@6"SP, 10 HP, 1750 RPM motor, 6 inch stack with damper.  

PAINT:
All ferrous components will be painted Giant Finishing Blue.

ELECTRICAL:
The unit will be supplied with a NEMA 12 main control wired for 440 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz power supply.
The panel will have a centralized location if it is not designated.
The control panel will be complete with a fused main disconnect switch, controls transformer, branch fusing and
magnetic motor starters.
Operators switches will be mounted in the panel door and wired for 120 volt operation.
