Drive Unit - 30 HP variable speed drive, ball bearing, drip proof motor,
dual voltage, 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle.
MACHINE BASE is manufactured of steel beams and all welded
construction for maximum rigidity. Floor mounting pads are furnished
for 3/4" floor mounting studs.
VIBRATORY MECHANISM, Balanced Suspension Drive is mounted on
extra heavy duty Spherical roller bearings to perform under continuous
vibrations. Bearings are lubricated by automatic fail-safe grease system.
The vibratory unit is driven by v-belt and pulley arrangement from
power unit. Including variable amplitude adjusted manually.
THE VIBRATORY TUB is constructed of heavy reinforced steel, all
welded structure. Tub is stress relived and shotpeened after welding to
prevent fatigue. Rear end of tube is equipped with a plug discharge
door, for discharging media into container. Drainage of contaminants
from the machine is by means of perforated 1/8" diameter holes at
bottom of tube. Drainage leads to drainage box, having flexible hose
connections leading to drainage facilities.
VIBRATORY BEARING LUBRICATION, Automatic fail safe, grease
system for heavy duty spherical roller bearings on vibrator shaft. The
system consists of: a reservoir, air operated pump, injectors, filter,
necessary fitting and tubing and electrical controls for fail safe
operation. Pump mechanism is solenoid operated so as to provide
lubrication only when machine is in operation.
OSCILLATING SCREEN SEPARATOR is designed to receive parts and
media on a continuous basis from the vibratory machine and
automatically separate parts from media. The screen deck is 24" wide
by 72" in length molded out of urethane with wire reinforced designed
to convey separated finishing media to the inclined conveyor. Parts are
discharged from the end of the separator into customers receiving
container. A secondary fines screen deck ejects small media chips, part
debris and flash from the system continuously. Screen is powered by a
3/4 HP, 1800 RPM motor, 230/460 volt, 3 phase cycle.
AUTOMATIC PREMIXING COMPOUND SYSTEM, designed to flow
compound and water into vibratory mass on a continuous basis, to keep
parts and media clean during processing. Contaminants flow out drain
of vibratory tub. Also includes automatic shut off water and compound
when machine operation is stopped. Complete with pump, mixing
head, valves, spray headers, drain hoses and 30 gallon drum.
