Giant Finishing has a line of vibratory
compounds for your metal parts finishing
and surface enhancement.
These compounds are used to create an
enhanced finish on most metal surfaces.
These chemical compounds can be used
for a deburr project or even to enhance
the metal surface of your part.
When combining these chemicals to the
media you use inside of any mass
finishing equipment or vibratory tumbling
machine, you can achieve different
finishes using specific one of these
chemical compounds.

P-12 Cleaning and Deburring Compound
A medium to heavy duty cleaning powder designed for use on ferrous or non-ferrous metals in vibratory
finishing equipment when applications are looking to clean the surface of your metal parts.
Combined with ceramic, plastic or other media, P-12 contains readily biodegradable surfactant's that will clean
and brighten while cushioning the parts. Its inhibitors will prevent corrosion on all metals for extended periods
of time without depositing harmful contaminates in the water.
P-89 Abrasive Finishing Compound
The P-89 is made up of a concentrated solution that contains brown aluminum oxide grit to accelerate the
deburring process. Heavy burrs or rough edges on your parts can be removed quicker by using this with your
vibratory finishing equipment, batch bowls, tubs or oval style machines.
The additional abrasive helps remove difficult burrs, radius edges quickly and can even remove burrs in hard to
reach areas. P-89 is also and excellent cleaner, leaving the parts with a light, matte finish after processing.
P-90 Abrasive Finishing Compound
A compound which contains the same brown aluminum oxide grit as P-89 however this is in a much higher
concentration to increase and strengthen the deburring process.
P-90 finishing chemical also contains mild cleaners for vibratory surface cleaning and will remove light soils.
P-95 Abrasive Finishing Compound
A white abrasive compound for quick burr removal and fast cleaning. Its fine, high grade abrasives impart an
excellent finish on all metals. P-95 can be used with ceramic media to accelerate burr removal or in a slurry for
fine finishing. Recommended for use on medical implements finished in vibratory equipment.
