Cast Urethane Screens
Heavy duty wire reinforced molded
screens with up to 2" sq opening.
Urethane Reline
The old lining is removed, unit is than
grid blasted inside and out. After
inspection for cracks unit is sprayed
with metal primer. The mold is set into
the unit, liquid urethane is poured
resulting in a cast lining. After mold
removal the unit is painted with two
coats of epoxy.
