Continuous Belt or Helix recirculating Hot Air Dryers Gas or Electric
Drying is accomplished by using heated re-circulated air at approximately 250 F to drive away
moisture from the parts.
Working in conjunction with an exhaust fan, moisture laden air is removed from the drying
cabinet interior. This mechanical elimination of moist from the cabinet area helps to expedite
the drying efficiency and its process.
The high volume, heated air is introduced into the process cabinet area through a series of air
knives. Make up of the exhausted air is ambient air, which is blown across the parts by an air
knife to eliminate any moisture and provide cooling.
